Why doesn’t anyone listen to the commercial fisherman, it is their lifeline of these people.?

Commercial fisherman in small boats know what is going on in the ocean, why would they over fish it would mean no fish for years to come. They are more pollitacaly correct with their direction because they fear they will be put out of business in years to come. They have invested their live and financial backing to keep this industry going,

I live and work in Dubai and I only get to see my girlfriend 4 times a year!must I end our relationship ?
We’ve been together for 2 years and only had one fight sofar! Both of us are working in the boat industry and seeing each other means flying half way around the world sometimes ? I really love her, but things are getting akward these days! Should I carry on with the relationship or end it ?????
